We establish baseline consumption rates during an initial audit, then monitor usage patterns against your production schedule. For on-site programs, we check levels during regular visits. For off-site programs, we track shipments and set custom reorder thresholds — with enough lead time to prevent stockouts.
Does CCS store inventory at our facility or yours?
Both options are available. With on-site replenishment, CCS maintains a managed stock area at your facility — what's in the cabinet remains CCS property until used. With off-site blanket orders, we hold stock at our St. Charles warehouse and ship on demand.
