To keep your rental day running smoothly, please download and complete all required forms ahead of time and bring them with you when you meet us. It only takes a few minutes and means you'll be out on the water faster.
Your main rental contract covering vessel condition, equipment responsibilities, charges, and return conditions. One per rental group.
Must be completed and signed by every adult participant. If anyone under 18 is joining, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.
Authorizes Florida Adventures R&R to charge your card for the agreed rental amount and any applicable additional charges or fees.
Required by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission for all motorized vessel rentals. Confirms you've received safety instruction on navigation rules, local hazards, and proper vessel operation.
A U.S. Coast Guard-approved safety checklist covering life jackets, navigation rules, passenger safety, and responsible boat operation. Review before your trip.
Heads up: The FWC Attestation form will also be completed together with our staff at the time of your rental — but reviewing it ahead of time helps speed things along.
